Brendan Hack of Weyburn, Saskatchewan passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at the age of 22 years.  A Funeral Mass was held Saturday, October 8, 2011 at 11:00AM at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Weyburn, Saskatchewan with Celebrant, Father Gerry Bauche.   Prayers were held, Friday, October 7, 2011 at 7:00PM at St, Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Weyburn, Saskatchewan.  Condolences may be left at www.fletcherfuneralchapel.com .  Donations may be made in memory of Brendan to Weyburn and District Hospital Association.
