The Weyburn Kin Club's Third Annual Grillin' & Chillin' Raffle Fundraiser for TeleMiracle was held this spring, with the draw being made on Thursday, May 2nd at the Wor-Kin Shop just prior to the Club's monthly meeting.

The winner of the smoker from Prairie Sky Coop and a $50 gift card for Maurer's Meats was Curtis Block.

The winner of the prize package from Home Hardware, which included two bottles of wine, two Yeti mugs, and two lounging lawn chairs went to Brad Hagel.

The winner of the Moonshine Basket from Bandit's Distillery went to Darren Roemer.

Club Secretary Adrian Prybylski said they sold all 500 tickets, raising more than $4,000 for TeleMiracle.

"We're very thankful to the sponsors and to everyone who bought a ticket."

The fundraiser was launched for next year's TeleMiracle event on the heels of the last one.

"We have to keep selling and getting more money for next year, right? Where are we going? Higher!" said Prybylski.

"That's the beauty of TeleMiracle is throughout the year you don't stop raising funds for it. We place our fundraising in strategic moments of the year, just right after, when it's still fresh in people's minds and then in the fall, are our ideal times to raise funds for TeleMiracle."
