An organization in Weyburn that promotes mental health and supports those with mental issues is looking for a little support of its own Saturday, Dec. 3rd.

The Canadian Mental Health Association is holding its sixth annual Just In Time for Christmas trade show.

"We will have home-based businesses in attendance, for people that come by." said Program Director, Tasha Collins, . "If they have to start their Christmas shopping, or if they have to pick up any last minute items, there will be vendors here, representing different home based businesses."

Collins says the goal is more than just raising money. "This Trade Show is about bringing people into our centre, and you know, providing an access, and maybe a way for people, an opening for people to maybe ask questions about our centre, or ask questions about services or progams that we offer." Collins told Discover Weyburn.

The trade show will run from 10:00 until 4:00 at the Mental Health Association's office at 404 Ashford Street.

Collins says the trade show is about more than making money. She says it's an opportunity for people to visit the centre, and to ask questions about mental health programs.

There will be a $2 admission charge. A lunch is also available for $7.
