RCMP received a silent 911 call Tuesday afternoon from a rural residence in the RM of Golden West. Officers arrived to find the accused wandering the farmyard, and the deceased, identified in court as 69-year-old Randall Dayman, was found a short distance from the residence. Nagy was arrested on the scene without incident.

Nagy was charged with first-degree murder, as well as an indignity to human remains.
