The Weyburn City Police responded to 101 complaints over the past week.

 

Police responded to a complaint of a break in to a Weyburn home. Police say a table saw was stolen.

Police also received a complaint regarding internet fraud. Police determined three counterfeit money orders were involved in the fraud which may trace back to Paris, France. Police continue to investigate.

Police were called to a report regarding a theft from a vehicle. Police say a DVD player, sunglasses and a video game system and games were stolen.

Police also received a complaint where a Weyburn woman felt her dog was being poisoned. Police are investigating.

Meanwhile, after a recent prank call to 911, the Weyburn City Police would like to remind the public it's a criminal offence to make a prankd call to 911. Police say they received the call to a home on 7th Street, with the occupant of the home denying they made the call.
