Wall explains what having the Saskatchewan Oil and Gas Show in Weyburn every two years means for Weyburn and the southeast.

" The show is huge, exhibitors were sold out in December organizers tell me, its a huge event that brings people from Calgary and all over Alberta and Saskatchewan here to the southeast right in the middle of the Bakken its very positive for the area and we are very happy that it happens here every two years."

Wall says that oil and gas has been huge for Saskatchewan and mentions we are now passing Alberta in conventional oil production.

He says it is creating tons of jobs for the province.

Wall says that the oil and gas sector is going to continue to grow in the Saskatchewan because of the oil boom in the southeast.
