A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for the arrest of Jonathan Dufraine, who has been charged with Second Degree Murder.

RCMP is seeking assistance from the public for any information on Dufraine's whereabouts, or two missing vehicles involved in the incident.

Officers are looking for a silver 2017 Hyundai Santa FE SUV with Saskatchewan license plate 411 KIZ. The SUV is reported to be dirty with damage to the bumpers. Authorities are also searching for a grey 1996 Chevrolet Lumina four-door car, with Saskatchewan license plate 077 LPV. It is unknown what vehicle, if any, Dufraine may be driving at this time.

Dufraine is 170 centimetres and 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing grey jogging pants, a black sweater with a red ball cap, black shoes, and a red bandana tied around his neck.

There have been no new sightings of Dufraine and no indication of his final destination but RCMP said he could be anywhere.

Dufraine is considered to be armed and dangerous. If you see him, do not approach. Call 911 immediately.

A Canada-wide warrant had also been issued for 38-year-old Rodney Carl Starke who was detained outside of Swift Current.

The man was arrested and when his vehicle was checked authorities found two knives, a balaclava, zip ties, a forged social insurance card and a forged drivers licence.

Starke is facing charges of possession of stolen property, illegal possession of government documents and identity theft. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Swift Current on October 9.
