The City of Weyburn lowered its flags to half-mast on Tuesday, in respect for those who lost their lives in the attacks over the weekend.

The flags will remain lowered for one day for each life lost.

"Our hearts go out to the families of the victims, as well as the communities of James Smith Cree Nation, Weldon and surrounding area," A statement on the City's website said. "We mourn alongside the entire province of Saskatchewan for the lives lost and those healing from the violent attacks."

10 victims died as a result of the stabbings on James Smith Cree Nation and in Weldon.
