The Weyburn Police Service said a motorist was spotted going 42 kilometres an hour over the posted speed limit Saturday. A traffic stop was initiated, and the driver was given a ticket under the Traffic Safety Act for travelling more than 35 kilometres an hour over the posted speed limit.

The total cost of the ticket - $708.
