Lots of games, candy, and fun at this year’s Fall Xplosion.  On October 29, the Calvary Baptist Community Church will be hosting a FREE event filled with bouncy castles, cotton candy, door prizes, and treat bags and of course, YOU are INVITED!

“We’re gearing up it's going to be a great time, this is just fun for the whole family, kids enjoy it because we will have bouncy castles and lots of games inside the church and there’s a BBQ,” said Pastor Tim Mackinnon.

Last year’s event went extremely well with over 600 people attending the festivities.

“We kept having to run out to get more stuff for the treat bags and BBQ, but it was fun to be able to do that,” said MacKinnon. “We’re aiming for 300 treat bags but are prepared for more so just come.”

Several businesses and organizations are helping to sponsor this year’s event.

“We have a lot of sponsors that are helping this year and we are just so thankful for them. There’s going to be door prizes and those prizes will be things that families really enjoy, and the treat bags that we give out will also include a number of things from organizations and businesses,” shared MacKinnon.

Fall Xplosion will kick off at 10 am Saturday, October 29, and will run until 1 pm. BBQ hamburgers and hotdogs with a drink will also be available for $5. Kids are welcome to wear their costumes.   To follow the Baptist Church, you can go to its Facebook page here.
