The Canadian Grain Commission now has a new leader, and you may remember him.

Elwin Hermanson, was the Founding Leader of the Saskatchewan Party from '98 to 2004, before passing it down to Now-Premiere Brad Wall.

Well Hermanson is back with a new title, the Cheif Commissioner for Canadian Grains and will make his way to Winnipeg as he began his 5 year term yesterday.

Hermanson says he's done alot of reading to prepare for his new role including the Grain Act and the functions of the Grain Commission and says he's been trying to learn as much as he can to get ready for the host of responsibilities.
