A familiar face is coming back to Saskatchewan.

The Riders aquiring slotback Corey Holmes from Hamilton and receiver Chris Getzlaf in exchange for receiver Jason Armstead.

The move will re-unite Holmes with the Rider faithful, many of which who didn't want him gone in the first place.

Holmes was traded to the Tabbies in 2005 in exchange for the first overall pick in the Otaawa dispersal draft which the Riders used to pick QB Kerry Joseph.

The Riders also pick up rookie Chris Getzlaf.

Getzlaf is a Regina boy and a graduate of the U of R Rams.

He was drafted in the 5th round by Hamilton in the 2007 Canadian College Draft.

The Tiger Cats pick up Armstead who was in his second season with the Riders.

His highlight this year was returning a punt for a touchdown in a 21-20 loss in Edmonton.
