Houligan Acres is hosting an Easter egg hunt for the public to enjoy beginning on April 9th. You can spend the day with spring babies and even meet the Easter bunny.

We spoke with Amanda Krisa, one of the owners of Houligan Acres and she let us know what you can all do at Houligan Acres.

"We're going to have the Easter bunny come out and we're going to have some egg gathering and treat bags, we've got a whole bunch of babies on the farm right now so everybody gets some hands-on time cuddling some babies."

They may even offer some pony rides if the weather permits it and the ground is safe but what kind of spring babies can you see at the farm?

"We've got a herd of registered fainting goats and so far there are eight babies but we are expecting more. We have an assortment of baby chickens and ducks and we've got some bunnies."

They also have other animals to see that are not babies as well like llamas, donkeys, and horses.

There's even an Easter egg hunt which is geared for children anywhere from walking age to 12 but it will be muddy and messy. If you participate in the Easter egg hunt it will cost twenty dollars and additional admissions on the farm will be five dollars. This event is limited on spots and there are only a few left for the Easter Egg hunt so you do have to preregister and you'll want to do it right away at Houliganacres@gmail.com.

They were also able to keep this event completely local as the treat bags were made out of things from the Rolling Pin Bakery and The Welsh Kitchen!
