The Blue Jays received another strong pitching performance from rookie Jesse Litsch last night.

Litsch went 6 and 1/3rd innings, as Toronto got by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim 5-4.

The win improves Litsch's record to 5-6 on the season and move Toronto one game above the .500 mark.

This evening Toronto will send 14-5 Roy Halladay to the mound, looking to cut into their deficit in the American League Wildcard.

Toronto is 9 games back of Seattle.

Pregame show tonight is at 7:30 on Your Voice of the Blue Jays AM 1190.
