Strong, experienced leadership.

Those qualities are what local farmer Lonny McKague of Ogema wants to bring to the Canadian Wheat Board.

McKague will be running for a position on the Board of Governors for the CWB, and says he hopes people will come out to vote.

McKague adding voter turnout has been light in the past few Canadian Wheat Board elections, so he is encouraging everyone to come out and lend their support.

McKague says he believes strongly in farmers and the future of agriculture and that why he has decided to run in this election.
