The Drop-In programs at the Weyburn Credit Union Spark Centre are great for anyone who maybe isn't quite ready to commit.

Leisure Services Manager with the City of Weyburn, Ryan Dale, said the full drop-in schedule includes a number of excellent options for staying active.

"These include things such as the track, which will always be drop-in," he noted. "The play structure is a drop-in program. We also have programs such as Tot Turf Time, and Adult Turf Time, Open Turf Time, Family Turf Time, our mini gym as well. We have basketball for adults going on, we have basketball for youth. We have just open gym times, drop in pickleball times. The list goes on and there are endless opportunities."

Dale said all the drop-in programs are included with a Spark Centre membership, but the longer you commit via a membership, the better the deal you get.

"The longer you you commit, the better the monthly the monthly rate is," he explained. "We want people to be active all year round, of course. When you break down all our rates, it's basically going to cost you a cup of coffee a day, is what it comes down to, and you get to use this beautiful facility."

"We are also offering brand new this year, the Leisure Super Pass," Dale shared. "This includes all those great things I just mentioned with the Spark Centre, but it also includes drop-in programs at our swimming pool now so public swims, and lane swims."

He added it's really great to see the City putting an emphasis on getting people out and active and using all of our facilities.

Dale said anyone who has any questions is welcome to pop in or call the staff at the Spark Centre.

"They're more than welcome to come in. Our doors are open, and we'd be happy to answer any questions anyone has," he invited.
