The Fun in the Sun Mobile Play Park will be on the move this summer for children of all ages to enjoy weekday mornings at various locations.
"We are very excited to offer this mobile play park this year," said Tina Clay, Program Director with the City of Weyburn. "It's kind of got a spin-off to our Fun in the Sun Day Camps. You will see our programmer Reece Monday to Friday. She started this program on June 13th and it runs until August 26th."
The free program, designed for children of all ages, runs from 9:30 to 11:30 each morning, with the exception of statutory holidays.
"You don't have to register for the program, but we do ask that children five and under are accompanied by an adult or guardian," Clay noted.
The Play Park will be located on Mondays at Jubilee Park, on Tuesdays at River Park, on Wednesdays at Don Mitchell Park, on Thursdays at Elks Park, and on Fridays at Kinsmen Park.
"We are very excited about this mobile play park, but we honestly couldn't have done it without our sponsors," she added.
Sponsors of the play park are Weyburn Oilwomen Association Inc., Weyburn Credit Union, Enerplus Corporation Weyburn and Prairie Sky Co-op.
Clay added you can scan the QR code on the poster to find out details about each day's plan.
