With the provincial election 3 weeks away, a candidate in the Southwest has decided to pull his name from the ballot.

 

Trevor Davies was carrying the party's banner in the southwestern constituency of Wood River.

The N-D-P says he left to pursue courses for his job at SaskEnergy and didn't have the time to fully commit to the campaign.

Davies was up against the Saskatchewan Party's Yogi Huyghebaert
