The sun will rise on Sunset Estates in Weyburn next spring.

Construction on the latest condominium project in Weyburn will begin in the spring of next year.

The condos will be on the corner of 1st Avenue and Government Road.

Sunset Estates will feature 22 homes with heated parkade.
