Canada's Prime Minister is making a stop in Saskatchewan today.

Stephan Harper will stop in the communities of Kenaston and Strongfield along with the Federal Agricultural Minister and some other higher ranking officials.

Harper is looking to shore up political support in Saskatchewan as the Saskatchewan government has threatened legal action against the feds over equalization.

The province feels non-renewable resource revenue should be eliminated from the formula, which would in turn give the province 800 million dollars in equalization instead of 226 million.
