Normally, people hear about stolen cars, but how about stolen grain?

It's become a very common occurance in Western Canada, and one company has come up with a solution, called Crop Guards.

Ron Kroeker is with Country Graphics, the company that produces crop guards, and says their production rate has increased with the price in grain going up as well.

Kroeker adds the crop guards are made up of newsprint cut into quarter-inch sections, and it is then placed in the bin as a form of identification for the farmer.
