The Town of Radville is asking the residents of the community to conserve water with the coming heat wave.

In a message sent out through their notification system, they reminded residents of the watering schedule for the community. Those with odd-numbered addresses can only water their lawns on odd-numbered days, and those with even-numbered addresses can only water their lawns on even-numbered days. Watering is only allowed before 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., avoiding the heat of the day.

Additionally, residents are being asked to only water their lawns if absolutely necessary.

The alert also advised residents that if the schedule isn’t followed, in order to conserve the water supply the water would have to be turned off at night, with a boil water advisory also put into effect.
