Richard Otto Kater late of Weyburn, Saskatchewan passed away July 16, 2013 at the age of 82 years.   A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 20 2013 at 2:00PM from the Grace United Church, Weyburn, Saskatchewan Reverend M. Barnabas officiating.  A visitation will be held on Friday, July 19, 2013 from 7:00~9:00pm at Fletcher Funeral Chapels Weyburn Saskatchewan Interment will take place at a later date.
