Weyburn's Brennen Jones and Team Knapp were back in action this afternoon representing Team Saskatchewan at the Tim Hortons Brier.

They came to the ice with a 2-2 record and faced Team Nova Scotia, who also had a 2-2 record and skipped by Manuel.

Team Saskatchewan started off strong, scoring two in the first end against Team Nova Scotia. 

Team Nova Scotia scored one in the second end, with Team Saskatchewan picking up two more in the third.

By the fifth end, the score was 6-3 for Team Saskatchewan, with Team Nova Scotia scoring two in the sixth and one in the seventh.

Team Saskatchewan wasn't to be outdone, scoring one in the eighth end, bringing the score to 7-6.

It was Team Nova Scotia that came away with the win though, laying two in the ninth and one in the tenth for a final score of 9-7.

Team Saskatchewan curled with 85% accuracy, with Weyburn's Brennen Jones curling 93%.

Team Sask's next game is 8:00 a.m. tomorrow against Horgan's Northern Ontario rink.
