Canada's economy will face a few ups and downs in 2008, according to an economic profile and forecast released by Canada West Foundation.

 

Agriculturally, net farm incomes will increase, as will crop receipts. However, Brett Gartner, a Senior Economist who helped conduct the study says livestock receipts will likely drop around 2 per cent. The study states that Saskatchewan will lead the way in economics in 2008, compared to 2007.
