Severe weather came through the region late Sunday afternoon, with a tornado warning issued for the RM of Lake Alma, including Lake Alma and Beaubier, and the RM of Laurier, which includes Radville. 

Just before 5:00 p.m., the radar indicated the storm was just to the south of Radville and was moving southeast at approximately 40 kilometres an hour. The storm was said to have been capable of producing golf ball-sized hail and wind gusts in excess of 110 km/h. 

Just after 5:00 p.m., the storm had tracked southeast, and the warnings were extended to the RM of Souris Valley, which includes Tribune and Oungre.

Residents of the area were encouraged to take cover if threatening weather was approaching, if they heard a roaring sound, saw a funnel cloud, or saw swirling debris.
