Friday was a wild day weather-wise for many parts of Saskatchewan. 

Environment Canada believes the province saw four tornadoes touch down in the province that night. Three of those tornadoes were in the Paynton area, and another tornado is said to have touched down by Blaine Lake.  

There are no reports at this time as to the extent of any damage caused by tornadoes.  

Saskatchewan has seen quite a bit of stormy weather in recent days, thanks to hot and humid conditions, and cooler systems making their way through. 

Today, southeast Saskatchewan has a high risk of a severe thunderstorm according to the Environment and Climate Change Canada Thunderstorm Outlook, while the rest of southern Saskatchewan has a moderate risk of a severe thunderstorm. The rest of the province has a minor risk of severe thunderstorms.
