The meet-and-greet has been postponed until Wednesday, March 8.

The regular season has wrapped up and the playoffs are looming.

But, before the Weyburn Red Wings can get to the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League survivor series with the Kindersley Klippers, the organization is holding a special event.

Starting at 5 p.m. today, a meet-and-greet with the Red Wings is being held at the Ramada Hotel.

Hotdogs and refreshments will be provided and you are encouraged to head on down and help the Wings kick off the playoffs.

Weyburn gets home ice advantage for Game 1 and 2 of the best-of-five series. Game 1 gets underway Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at Crescent Point Place and Game 2 is Friday at 7:30 p.m. at CPP.

Tickets went on sale Monday; season ticket holders have until noon on game day to keep their seats from season at which point they will be open for general public.
