Lots of entertainment food and fun is coming to Midale on August 5. After enjoying the Hunter Brothers concert last summer, Midale’s Kyle Hoium thought it was time to bring the fun back to Midale’s Main Street and the performances are sure to delight audiences.

“We're having a street dance in Midale featuring Brayden King, Brad Johner and Johner Brothers, and the Johner Boys, and then we do have Micah Walbaum of Stoughton coming to also participate.”

Included in the event is a food truck and a minor hockey BBQ and the Souris Valley Antique Association will be hosting a 50/50 raffle.

Hoium shared that this event will act as a fundraiser supporting five different agencies which include the Midale daycare, Midale rink, the rodeo committee, and the new fire hall.

Houim expressed his gratitude to all the sponsors who are helping make the event happen which includes Barber Motors and Goodwater Machine Shop who will be providing safe rides.

“If there is a group of eight within 45 kilometers of Midale, they can reach out to me at (306)458-7169 and we will plan to get them to and from the party,” added Hoium.

The deadline to schedule your safe ride is July 31.

Hoium also shared that tickets can be purchased almost anywhere in Midale or at Pharmasave Weyburn. Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for kids ages 12 to 18, and kids 11 and under get in for free.
