The Bantam AA Crescent Point Wings wrapped up their preseason Thursday night as they entertained the Estevan Bantam Bruins. While both teams played strong, in the end, it was a 6-6 draw in the final preseason game for both teams.

The Wings took the lead first, scoring early in the first period. Before the frame was out, though, Estevan had tied things up.

In the second period, Weyburn came out with energy, taking a quick 3-1 lead. Estevan rallied to tie it back up, though, and once again, the two teams were back into the dressing room tied up.

The third period saw both teams rally to score, with Weyburn taking the lead at first before both teams ended up tied at the end of the game.

The Wings will now get ready for their next opponent. They open the regular season Saturday afternoon in Yorkton, taking on the Bantam Terriers. Their home opener is September 29th, when they host the Saskatoon Maniacs.
