Midget

The Midget AA Beavers were on the road for an exhibition doubleheader Sunday. They were in Oxbow for the pair of games. In the first game, the home team picked up a 16-6 win. The Beavers would bounce back in the second game, winning 10-5. Ethan Orsted went the distance for the win in the second game.

Mosquito

The Mosquito AA Element Beavers were on the road to Swift Current Saturday for a double header. The 57’s edged by the Beavers in the first game, with a final of 9-8. The Beavers would bounce back in the second game, though, picking up a 19-9 win.

Sunday, the Beavers were in Oxbow for a double header against the Estevan Sluggers. Much like Saturday, the Beavers came up short in the first game, falling 9-5. In the second game, though, the Beavers won 10-5.

The next game for the Beavers is Tuesday when they host White Butte at Tom Laing Park.

Fastball

In Borderline Fastball League action, the Weyburn Shehawks were playing at home against the Ceylon Devils Sunday. The Shehawks would improve their record to 4-1-1, after picking up the 7-4 victory. The week ahead has two road games for the Shehawks, as they take on Fillmore Wednesday, and Ceylon next Sunday.
