The Pee Wee Crescent Point Energy Eagles will be looking to win their second league title in a row after they advanced to the league finals Thursday night. They secured their berth in the championship game after beating the visiting Moose Jaw Lions 54-0 under the lights at the Weyburn Minor Football Field.

The Eagles will now wait to see who they will be playing for the championship. They will take on the winners of the game between the Moose Jaw Vikings and Assiniboia Rockets, who meet Friday night in Moose Jaw.

The Eagles weren’t the only Pee Wee team from Weyburn in action Thursday. The PAR Contracting Ravens were in Moose Jaw to play the Mustangs in the Band City Bowl. The Ravens secured the win, topping the Mustangs 32-8.

The Bantam Young Fellow Falcons will be playing for their league title in the Moose Jaw Minor Football League tonight. They take on the Moose Jaw Razorbacks in Moose Jaw.

The last meeting between the two teams was a 56-0 win for Weyburn. The game before that was a close 6-4 final for the Razorbacks.
