The Saskatchewan Roughriders dropped to two and four on the season as they lost 30-15 to the BC Lions last night at BC Place in Vancouver.

The Riders played hard, but couldn't keep up with the Lions strong defensive performance. The Lions held the Roughriders scoreless until just over three minutes left in the fourth quarter. The teams traded fumbles on consecutive plays early in the fourth to set the Riders up in Lions' territory, but Kevin Glenn followed that up on the next snap with another turnover when Chandler Fenner intercepted a deflected pass.

Saskatchewan is hoping to bounce back with a redemption next Sunday at home as they face BC for a second matchup.

That game will be played at mosaic stadium and will start at six o'clock.
