The Saskatchewan Roughriders are in Florida for their mini-camp this week, and Tuesday morning, the team announced the players who would be attending the camp, as well as a few players who were being released by the team.

The releases include Peter Dyakowski. The national offensive lineman was traded to the Riders by the Toronto Argonauts in May of last year and stared all regular season and playoff games. Dyakowski previously played with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

Also released by the Riders were national safety Jeff Hecht, international defensive back Taylor Mays, and national offensive lineman Eddie Meredith.

The mini-camp in Florida sees the team welcoming 22 players, who will be competing for invites to the main camp next month. A few returning players are also in attendance, notably quarterbacks Brandon Bridge, and Marquise Williams.
