The three Weyburn men facing charges related to the home invasion on January 4 were in court today.

Keegan R. Muxlow, 23, made his second appearance in Weyburn Provincial Court this morning, appearing before Judge D. Kovatch.

Represented by legal counsel via telephone, a no-contact order with Muxlow's mother, Stacy Muxlow, was cancelled upon approval of Crown Prosecutor Steven Robertson. Still awaiting disclosure, Muxlow's lawyer requested an adjournment to February 5 when Muxlow will appear in Weyburn Provincial Court by video from custody.

Muxlow is being represented by Regina lawyer Darren Kraushaar.

Along with numerous firearm charges, Muxlow is charged with the second-degree murder of Nathan Hutt following a home invasion on January 4.

The other men charged in the case, 23-year-old Dominick Hawkes and 25-year-old William N. McLeod, also made their second court appearances. Both men had their cases adjourned to February 12 for a special sitting in Estevan Provincial Court for a bail hearing. The special sitting will allow the time necessary to hear submissions. Hawkes is being represented by lawyer Kim Stinson, who represents the Regina Rural Office of Saskatchewan Legal Aid. McLeod is being represented by the Regina City Area Office of Legal Aid.

Both men are charged with numerous charges related to a home invasion on January 4, when Hutt, Hawkes, and McLeod allegedly broke-in to Muxlow's house on Fourth Street in Weyburn.
