There were three alcohol-related cases in the Police report from last week.

On October 4th Weyburn Police Service received a call of an intoxicated individual walking on the street. 

A 27-year-old male was found by police, who arrested and lodged him in the cells for his own safety. The individual was later released with no charges.

On October 6th, A vehicle was stopped for speeding by Weyburn Police Service who found the driver, a 35-year-old male to be showing signs of alcohol.

The following investigation led to the arrest of the driver for impaired driving and was taken to cells.

The accused was charged with impaired driving, driving while over .08 and Breach of Probation. 

The accused was later released from custody and will appear in court in November

On October 7th a 68-year-old male driver was found to be impaired by alcohol after being stopped by Weyburn Police. The accused was arrested and the investigation resulted in the accused being charged with impaired driving and driving while over .08. 

The accused was later released from custody and will appear in court in November.
