Things have been a little chilly for those participating in activities at Signal Hill Arts Centre. An issue with a steam return line in the boiler system was detected Tuesday. According to Mathew Warren, the director of Leisure Services with the City of Weyburn, the work began to fix the issue on Wednesday.

Due to the size and age of the building, the process to bring the temperature back up to normal will take another 24 hours, according to Warren.

Warren advised there was minimal disruption to the regular activities at the centre, although things were noticeably chillier than normal.
