Envision Counselling and Support Centre is benefitting from Savour the Southeast in May and they are gearing up for the event.

Panther Drilling donated $3,000 Friday towards the May 5th event.

"It goes to Savour the Southeast directly and all of these sponsorships are going towards the event," explained Lynda Rideout, assistant executive director for Envision. "After the event is finished all the proceeds from the event will be donated to Envision."

The event, presented by TEML, will be held at Estevan's Affinity Place and will feature live entertainment and a sampling of food and alcohol vendors from across the southeast. Envision members will be selling tickets to sample the many featured food and drink items during Savour the Southeast. They are still seeking volunteers for the event.

Stagecoach Tours will be taking people to and from the event from Weyburn and Midale. Tickets are available online.

Envision has offices in Weyburn, Estevan, Carlyle and Oxbow. They offer therapeutic counselling and support, in-home services, crisis intervention, workshops and group support.
