Looking to fill any gaps in their services in the southeast, Envision Counselling and Support Centre is launching an online needs assessment survey today, and it's the first data of this sort they have collected in over a decade.

“This assessment will provide the necessary data on whether or not the programs and services being delivered by Envision are meeting the needs of the communities in which we serve,” said Christa Daku, executive director of Envision Counselling and Support Centre.

“The needs assessment is also a great opportunity for Envision to compare the new data to previous assessments in order to see how our communities have grown and how Envision can support that growth," Daku added.

She said Envision began the assessment by holding focus groups within the communities they serve. The online survey launched today is available HERE and can be found on Envision’s website.

Daku is encouraging all southeast residents to take part in the short online survey.

“The more people that we can get to take our survey the better understanding we will have of the barriers they are facing with regard to service delivery,” said Daku.
