The Quota Club of Weyburn has published their independent version of the 67th Annual Carol Festival.

The short video features, 'Carol Festival Through the Years', featuring new content as well as content from other years.

Today's video is in keeping with tradition that the event be held on the first Sunday of the month, to kick off the Christmas season.
