"Hayley has done a tremendous job of getting this organization going and starting this up," said Kitchen. "The Special Olympics are tremendous. They provide opportunities for youth to learn physical activity, psychomotor skills, friendship, leadership skills, which are wonderful things for these kids to learn. And she's starting these things at a younger age and it's a building process to get it to this stage and it's just tremendous to see that."
