It's been a busy year for hometown country singer Tenille Arts and an even more exciting week. Not only did she announce being signed to record label, Reviver Music, her music video 'Cold Feet' is being played on CMT three times a day.

Arts said it all started after her performance on 'The Bachelor' at the end of January.

"I actually did a little performance before the show and Gator Micheals was there from Reviver and he loved my set and then I went in and played for him and the rest of the staff and really quickly they were really excited about my music and they wanted to sign me," explained Arts. "So, it's going to kind of take things, I guess, to the next level and it'll be the next step in my career."

Arts said she's been working with her publisher's company, 19th & Grand Records, and they've been releasing music on their own.

"We've had a publicist and lots of people helping us out and my entire management company but now Reviver's going to be really helping with a lot of the things here in the United States, releasing singles and all sorts of things like that."

She expects to be busy over the next few months doing a lot of behind the scenes things such as photo shoots and perhaps filming a new video and releasing a new single. Arts said she will likely be back in Saskatchewan this summer performing and touring around the United States.

Arts is also excited to see her video playing on CMT.

"Just this past week I was announced as part of their discovery program, so my video is playing three times a day on CMT and it's my video for 'Cold Feet' that was released in the summer," said Arts. "So, I'm really excited about that too. It all kind of happened in one week, so it's been a really great week."

The Weyburn girl turned Nashville star explained that she is thankful for all the support she receives from her hometown over social media.

"Every hometown person who has commented on something or shared it, it means the world to me," said Arts. "I'm really thankful that I have such a great hometown."

Anyone wishing to support Arts can vote for her video 'Cold Feet' on the CMT website. She is being featured as one of the country music station's 12 Pack Countdown. Her more votes she gets, the more often her video will be featured.
