Students at St. Michael School in Weyburn were treated to a visit from Lieutenant-Governor Russ Mirasty today. Mirasty is in town for a medal presentation at the Weyburn Legion.

As the King's representative in Saskatchewan, Mirasty spoke to the students in a general assembly, and then also took the time to answer some questions from a Grade 4 class at the school. There, the students found out the Lieutenant-Governor has been married to his wife Donna for nearly 46 years, that he speaks three languages (Cree, English and French), and that he makes around 250 public appearances a year.
