Crokicurl to return to a new location

The Weyburn Agricultural Society has begun setup for the Outdoor Crokicurl Rink.

"This year, it is actually set up in front of the Sunroom at the Weyburn Leisure Centre," said Program Manager with the City of Weyburn, Tina Clay.

"It will take a few weeks to get the ice ready," she noted. "We did put a flood on it last week, however with it warming up it's going to take a little bit longer."

She said weather permitting, the Crokicurl rink should be ready well before the Christmas break.
