Two Estevan residents charged with Child Abandonment made their second appearance in Estevan Provincial Court today.

The accused, both age twenty-three, are the parents of a toddler found outside in minus twenty degree weather just after midnight on December 2nd.

Following an investigation by the Estevan Police Service and the Department of Social Services, the individuals were charged, and all three children in the residence were placed in foster care.

Their next court appearance is scheduled for February 7th.
