Even though the school year is winding down, the Holy Family Roman Catholic School Division has a lot on the go.

They are preparing for a new 2008 /2009 school year, they are focusing on staffing, implementing new programming and much more.

At the latest city council meeting, new amendments to the bylaw regarding stop arms and flashing lights on school buses was discussed and will likely be in place for next year.

Shelly Rowein, Director of Education says they are preparing for the implementation and Larry Esdale, the Maintenance Supervisor is heading up the implementation process.

Rowein says their main focus right now is staffing with various positions open.
