Ace! You can describe the teamwork between AM 1190 and the Weyburn Family Place as good as a million bucks with the 6th Annual Million Dollar Hole in One is in the books for another year.

The event was held at Jubilee Park and was a fundraiser for the Family Place. For the five days, hundreds of golfers took their cuts at trying to get the ball in the hole in order to shoot for million dollars.

According to Jennifer Morin, Special Events Coordinator for the Family Place, "everything turned out great for the hole in one for the Family Place. We made more money than we did last year. It was great and a lot of fun."

Over $3,000 was raised for the Family Place during the event. Morin says she's looking forward to the event next year.

Corey Krafchuk was the closest to the pin in Sunday's final and gets the bragging rights of taking home top honours.

Morin wants to put out a big thank you goes to the community, volunteers and sponsors for lending their support for the AM 1190/Family Place Million Dollar Hole in One.
