While there is still going to be a good chance of showers into Saturday, the sun will come out this weekend, providing a great opportunity for locals to head to the beach, the local spray parks, the outdoor swimming pool at the Weyburn Leisure Centre, or to hit the trails for a walk, run, or to do some biking.

For those who would rather be spectators, the Weyburn Lacrosse Association is hosting the South Saskatchewan Lacrosse League Playoff Tournament at Crescent Point Place and the Tom Zandee Sports Arena today, Saturday, and Sunday.
