New Planes For Canadian Forces

It took nearly a year and a half, but the Federal government has reached a deal to purchase a new fleet of transport aircraft for the Canadian Forces.

The deal is for 17 new C-130J Tactical Transport planes which would cost 3.2 billion dollars with another 1.7 billion spent on a long-term-in-service support package.
