A 26 year old motorist got a first hand look at Saskatchewan's tougher drinking and driving laws Saturday.

Weyburn city police say he registered 'warn' when he blew into a roadside screening device.

Under the new law, police have more leeway if the alcohol content is between .04 and .08.

The man lost his vehicle for 3 days.

Also yesterday, a 44 year old man was arrested and charged for a breach of undertaking on the 18 hundred block of Coteau Avenue.

And police say two women and two younger females were caught with a small amount of marijuana, alchohol, and drug parephernalia on King Street North.
